What do you like to drink?

 

I will likely be there on Sunday. BM me a couple of weeks prior & I can mule some stuff in from Charleston if you need. We usually camp out on 16 tee late afternoon.

 

I'll be there, usually on Sat, maybe Sunday but I like being home watching Sunday, so probably the normal Sat.

Augusta sucks for beer, just so you know. Not a whole lot to choose from, and probably a better chance in N Augusta, in SC.

If you are flying into ATL, you will be a bit south of the city actually, so no real places to get stuff, other than maybe a world of beverage, but you'll end up gping west a bit from the airport to get to it, and then back east to Augusta.

If you are driving yourself, you can get off I-20 on the east side and hit Greens, and even Hop City Inman Park, and then jump back on and head into Augusta.

If you manage to get a stop in Atlanta proper at a bottle shop, look for Orpheus, Creature Comforts, Red Brick, Wild Heaven, Three Taverns, Blue Tarp and Monday Night.

Also- if you've never been, and you are going for a comp round, hang out around 2 green area. You get to see a BUNCH of stuff from the hill, including a scoreboard, a couple tee boxes. Otherwise, 13 and 16 are fun spots.

 

Bring beer into Augusta.. sure.. Bring beer into Augusta National? Never.

You will be stripped of everything other than your wallet, past Thursday. One chair a person, no camera, no phone. Nothing that could harm another human other than a bag of pennies and your bill fold and belt.

Beer in Augusta... Well, it's cheap. Stella is my choice at $4 a cup.
