Modern Times Sours BPT Release

    375 of each were released for the BPT sale; the rest were set aside for future events, employee bottles, etc...The total bottle counts & other info can be found in this blog post.

    Now that I've had all three fruited variants:

    1. Palace of the Cracked Heads - Simply amazing. Huge fruit. Base beer and barrel stands out of the way and let's the nectarines do their thing.
    2. Rampart Junction - A phenomenally smelling beer. Like the syrup in a can of peaches. Taste is totally different however, it's a lot more tart than the smell would indicate. Less fruit, instead just intensely sour. Still good though.
    3. Oracle of the Bottle - This one was certainly a red wine barrel - taste was dry, almost leathery / tannic. Typically not my thing, but a fine sour.

    The fruit is what makes these all so good, I would probably say drink them sooner rather than later.
