I dont think anyone is going to lay out their whole business plan for you on BA, do you have any specific questions?
Oh no, I understand that, completely. Was just curious about permitting, and what other kinds of hassles, were associated prior to the actual opening. Basically, I have no clue what I'm walking into with the thought of opening a business, and I'm not sure if this "potential" idea even has the legs to go anywhere. I'd like to talk with someone who's been there to see if they can lend any insight.
