Falling Rock is probably the best bet, but I have also had Blind Pig at TAG Burger in Congress Park. Its not on regularly, but I have had it there twice in the past. They usually have one RR beer on tap and sometimes it rotates to Pig.

I've been to TAG Burger probably 5-6 times now. They ALWAYS have a "rotating Russian River tap" listed on their menu.... they have NEVER actually had it any time I've been there... just go to Falling Rock...

Lucky Pie (the original one) almost always has it or Pliny on tap (had Pliny last week). I find Blind Pig pretty underwhelming. I pass it over almost all the time.

Blind Pig is everywhere. A couple places in Louisville even have it occasionally (Lulu's does right now).

Hit or miss there...I probably find it on about half the time I go there.

Mayor of Old Town is your best best in Fort Collins; http://themayorofoldtown.com/beer/ --> they keep this up to date. They don't consistently have it, but they always seemed like the most consistent of the Fort Collins spots to be the ones to have it. Choice City and Tap N Handle are your other options.

I have only had one instance in about a half-dozen when TAG was out of the RR rotator. I've had Blind Pig and a few of "tion" beers on tap there in the past. We kind-of stopped going because the burgers were mediocre on the last two visits.

    YMMV, I guess.

You must have good luck! Tell me the next time you're there so I can come get some too!

Re TAG Burger Bar: nothing like a Damnation in a 16 oz shaker pint for five bucks! (Maybe they don't do that anymore, that was 2-3 years ago, right after they re-branded from whatever they called it before, Madison Tavern or Grill or Pub or something)

I have also never been in there when the RR rotator was out but it's a 3-4x a year place for me. Last time I thought the Blind Pig tasted a little old though. But I had just gotten back from Santa Rosa.

B Side had Blind Pig two weeks ago. Not sure if that is a regular occurrence as it was my first time there. Definitely won't be my last though. Unrelated, they also had OB Sherry Barrel Aged Old Chub... unreal. I get a chub just thinking about it...

For most reliably on tap Blind Pig go to Falling Rock in Denver or Backcountry Pizza in Boulder.
As has been mentioned, other places get it, but those two almost always have it.
