    Well I also got a $25 store code and I have 3 6-packs. Does not really seem like an even trade. Considering they are telling customers to dump the beer, they should have a response proportional to the amount of beer purchased. The letter also said they can't replace the beer. Why not? If they feel the beer was worth selling to begin with, they should remake the batch and replace bottle for bottle. They have a sufficiently large production facility.

    You're not allowed to replace bottles of beer to customers, TTB rules not the breweries I am sure. You could compensate them for the value lost in a check but that would require receipts/proof of purchase, etc. If you purchased more than the $25 I would contact them with your receipt and see what they do.
