I dunno. I think I love it combines it all in one nice package, but man that CITRA YUM YUM is just overshadowing all these showers for me like Tongue Tickles did with whatever showers came out around that time.

Went by yesterday and tried the Citra Yum Yum and I less than three it and both were really good. If the tap list is always that stacked, will be heading there much more often.

The tap list is full for sure. But I wish they would have enough for growler fills. Even the 32oz would be nice.

Had mosaic showers Fri night. Holy cow. Total juicy fruit and watermelon. Pretty insane these flavors and aromas are possible

I was blown away by Mosaic tonight. It's pretty cool what Noble's doing with this series...It really is helping me personally pick out the hop profiles in other beers that use these same hops in a recipe blend.

While I know there are other breweries doing the same or similar thing, I find the that since I know Noble consistently puts out high quality beer, I get an honest representation of what these individual hop varieties truly have to offer. Thanks Noble

Never heard of a single hop Sorachi Ace IPA but definitely interested in trying that.

Yum Yum was good, but I think I still prefer CS over it. Would be awesome if we were able to do a side-by-side comparison.

Would love to try any of their Bachelors. Only one I've had was Mosaic and it was solid.

One of the more interesting IPAs I've tried but I don't think I would want more than a taster of it.

I thought the societe bachelor with sorachi had some weird off flavors that I wasn't into. I haven't been a big fan of beers highlighting the sorachi ace hop in general....

If I recall Bachelor Sorachi Ace seemed lager like in aroma and flavor, maybe lemon grass and herbs. I liked it just for the uniqueness and letting me know what that hop was about, not one I would actively seek out but different for sure.
