    Actually, they don't. Ask Firestone, they recommend you drink many of their barrel aged stouts/big beers fresh. I agree with them.

    Oh boy then i hope the ones i have haven't gone to crap as i have three bottles, one in the fridge that was meant to be consumed on christmas with the missus & others but no go & saved instead.
