Just as a precaution, and I suggest all do this! Just by some disgusting miracle the Jankees get lucky and win the WS. I am putting a bottle in a box and leaving it in my backyard until Oct!

I believe Kanye West said it best, "If they hate, then let them hate and watch the money pile up". Or in this case, beer.

Actually in the yankees case, it's let them hate while we shamelessly spend our piles of money.

Ill take the Marlins. I guess since I cant pick up the 2012 worlds series champs SF Giants ill go for the worst record in the league.

The Marlins have a better shot of winning it all than being the worst team. Let's just say I'd put money down on a Marlins WS before a Sharks Cup.

Two teams left! The Blue Jays are always in a good spot to have the worst record! And the Reds, well how bout some Ohio pride?!?

I know this was tongue in cheek, but if you really think about it.....they have 2 in the last 15ish years, so it is possible because it has been done already (unlike No Show Joe). Also, Buehrle is a winner and a great team guy--works well with Ozzie. I did say better chance and with lots of if's here....if Josh Johnson and Carlos Zambrano can stay physically and mentally healthy for a year and HanRam returns to pre 2011 form, with Reyes not destroying his hamstring this season, I don't see how they can't make the wildcard over anyone in the central or west, if not win the division over the Phils. When Josh Johnson is healthy and on, I'd take him over most of the SP in the majors
