Broken bottles in Ballast Point order

    Dude, how has there now been two people advising me about what to do AFTER I posted that it's been resolved? SMH

    I had ordered 2 stem style glasses from jester king and they were only about 8-10 bucks each. When I got them one was broke and they were packaged very well! How I handled it was I took a photo and sent a quick email about the misfortune and thanked them as they were packed good. I said I was not expecting them to replace just thought they might be interested? To their credit, a week later I come home to a box with 2 more in it! I sent them an email right back to tell them they rock! I guess what I'm trying to say is most of these breweries care about their product and image so maybe try that approach?
