I dont think its been announced where they will go from here. But I got an email from my Arborway Salesman today letting me know.

This is probably a good thing for fans of Jacks, I would guess they are going to a larger company, with a greater outreach.

Do you mean that in a good way or they are self destructing? I love Jack Abbey beers and would hate to see them leave the market.

I meant it in a good way; damn youngster slang making it's way in to my vocabulary!

The rumor was Atlantic Importing signed them. Primary reason I heard was Arborway had some shortcomings dealing with a large number of kegs, not sure whether it was selling, transporting, or storing.

We are very thankful for all of the hard work Arborway put into distributing our beer. We have all the respect in the world for them, and wish them much success going forward.

Ultimately, we decided it was in our best interests to move our distribution to Atlantic Importing, whose warehouse is all of a half mile from the brewery. We are confident that Atlantic will help grow our brand as we ramp up production at the brewery.

So does this mean Jack's will reach beyond the borders of MA in the near future?

That's great news. I'll be able to get it without driving 30 minutes each way now. I'll be in soon JP. Stock up buddy.

Give it a week or two for Atlantic to get the bottles, but yeah I've been hoping this would happen.

This move has more to do more with keg distribution than anything else I suspect.
