I would bet it's only the Bruery branded ones. I mean, unless they start selling Hydroflasks there, I don't see them filling any random 32oz growlers.

Did the email today just go out to reserve ? or hoarders also because I did not get one

Maybe not random 32oz growlers, but maybe other non-branded hydro's. The fill non-bramded 64oz growlers, but only flip tops. Could be a chance.

Right. They also sell unbranded 64oz growlers there. My guess is they wouldn't fill something they don't also sell there. But that's just a guess on my part.

Hoarder and I got the email of course. I wonder if this was a hoarder only thing... Did any reserve peeps get a copy of the email today?

Which email are we talking about? I got one yesterday (it explained the growlers in more detail) but didn't get one today, so I'm wondering if you're talking about the one I got yesterday or if I missed something.

I would give them some time to work out the growler details. This 32 Oz thing is new. I am sure in time they will let us know about "blank" versions. For now I am happy we even get some other options on fri.

the smart option would be to only fill the RS/HS growlers with exclusive fills to prevent a secondary market. granted there isn't anything but trust keeping people from changing containers and there's no reason not to allow no name fills of regular beers.

Is there any word on the Mango Hottenroth ?
Any comment on the Mocha Wednesday? I was hoping to hear something while allocations are still on sale as don't want to pay for a bottle that some people are saying is no good

seems hit or miss with more people liking it than ending up with bad bottles.

I don't know how you do it but I've bought allocations and while waiting for my trustee to pick up or to ship them up they've pulled them and refunded my money if they decided the beer shouldn't be released.

Drinking a bottle right now and it's awesome. Don't let the trolls get to ya.

I'd be curious if there is any common thread to the bottle codes. Can those who had a bad bottle post the bottle code. I know most are sending it to the Bruery, just be curious myself.

I'm not a troll. My experience was collaborated by another long time BA-er. This experience was had by then another BA-er with a separate bottle. Might not be a wide spread issue, but don't call us trolls.

    Glad your bottle is good!

I love how they just assume you're trolling when all you did was a trip report. Thanks for reporting in on it and it very well may just be a small batch going bad. But it's always nice to know that it's there.

Hi guys, new reserve society member. Would I have to take the growler home first to wash it out or do you think they'll be able to wash it out there? Planning to pick up my first allocation and fill Friday depending on the special pours. Thanks!

Nah, don't take it home. They'll rinse it out for you. Make sure the seal is tight. They didn't seal mine properly and I only found out when it tipped over on the ride home. It fizzed a little and leaked at the seam. Sure enough, I gave it a good twist, and there was still some slack. Problem solved.
