Cubs Convention- Sheraton

    Will be going to the Cubs Convention this weekend, dont laugh :wink:. Looking for a retaurant with a good craft beer selection within walking distance of the Sheraton on the river for dinner Friday and lunch on Saturday. Need to be family friendly too. I know of Howells and Hood but does anyone know of any others? Thanks in advance,

    Sheraton at 301 E. North Water?

    Jake Melnick's would be my suggestion but I don't have a family / not sure what kids would think.
    Timothy O'Toole's (stupid name, I know) has great beers but very boring food.
    Clark St. Alehouse if you ditch the kiddos and don't need food.
    Monk's Pub if you feel like heading a bit South. Great beer selection / decent food.

    *These are more pub-style places than restaurants = more my style.*

    I think H and H is going to be your best bet and a nice choice with the stipulations you mentioned.

    Thanks, was just looking for somewhere close that had more than BMC and Lagunitas on tap, ie Lizzie McGuires.
