My thougts were that this would be the first (official?) post about the release of Veritas 15. It would get updated with info from our community as we got it. At this point this is all the info available. Does every post need snarky comments? C'mon guys we're all better than what we're showing here, especially as of late.
I wasn't being snarky. I just expected some release info in here. I don't think that's unreasonable given the title of the thread.
I'm sorry if it seemed snarky, but I think the quality of replies depends on the quality of posts. The post itself lacks what the post title describes. Sure there might be info later, but what's the point if someone will likely start another thread where the actual release information is in the original post? Anyway, I appreciate sharing the info, but it just seemed a little premature.
To each their own... The pertinent info was that Veritas 15 is currently happening and that it is made with Nectarines...all things I didn't know until Lost Abbey's Instagram post yesterday. I figured if Lost Abbey took the time to give some info, I could pass it on myself to BA's without Instagram? That's just the BA in me coming out though (a general zeal for beer and all good that this community has to offer); I'll definitely hold back next time.
Unless the title changed, what is misleading about "Veritas 15... in the works?". The thread is literally a picture of V015 "in the works". Common sense would point to 'in the works' meaning still in process/not complete. Edit: the title was edited to that, so please ignore my being an ass and get back to your regularly scheduled bitching.
Yes, title was edited to be MORE clear. I don't want to come off as a preacher, but for 2015 I'd like to see this place a lot more friendly and constructive. It seems like in the last 4 months that this site is really been riddled with negativity...I'm as guilty as the next guy and I want to change. I may be a 2014'er, but I've been lurking for 5 years or so and I would not have joined a year ago if the BA was in it's current state honestly. I've been lucky enough to meet some true BA's that have shown me how to act, trade, refrain...but I know it's possible. The millennium guys always tell me how it used to be here.
