    Haven't yet had the pleasure of trying Sucaba (being released again soon)...but I'd also vote for FW Double DBA. Very nice!

    I should also note that Stone Old Guardian aged in bourbon barrels is amazing!

    American Barleywines are heavy on the hops, while English have very little to no hops present. In some American Barleywines, after barrel-aging, hops fade quite a bit. But then others like Uinta's Cockeyed Cooper, even 2 years after the bottling date, was still a hop bomb.

    There's no way I could ever consider barleywine to be my favorite style without ever having tried a BA one...
