I went by yesterday to pick up my beer. Usually I go on Friday at 2pm and also get a couple tasters but yesterday I was there at 4pm. That was a bad idea. The line had probably 20 people in it. After standing in it for 3 minutes I extrapolated that it would take 20 - 30 minutes to get to the front, so I left. I don't understand for the life of me why they don't have more people behind the counter. They lost a $25 growler fill and a couple taster sales. The two guys that came in in front of me also bailed. How much revenue are they losing by not adding a $12 - $15 an hour employee or two? Not to mention leaving your customers feeling frustrated.

Last Monday when I went for #SMM I spent an hour in line for my first beer. I think this is just the future unfortunately. People now want to go to places like the Bruery just because they think it's cool and hip to drink "craft beer". Once Terreux opens that should help move things along I think.

That's fine that they're busy. But add more servers.

    I would kill for a society-only line.

Or a second register that isn't right in the corner? That spot for it is the worst.

I'm sure part of wait is the servers explaining to the non society ppl why they can't have "that" beer.

I was there at the same time yesterday, stood in the same line. Once that line died down the place was dead for the remainder of my stay - no line, no wait up to when I left at 5.

Saw a lot of the new reserve growlers get filled. They were doing fills of Oude Tart w/Cherries and Humulus Lager w/Ginger, both of which weren't indicated as growler-able on the board.

Yeah, it's nice to see exactly what Reserve and Hoarders have access to but I imagine there are far more people wanting those than actually able to get them.

I stopped in around 515 and stayed until 830ish and the line was never more than 5 people. While I have certainly been there nights and thought that they could use some extra help, it can be so hit or miss that you're never quite sure what night it will be slammed or at what time. The layout doesn't seem to help much either.

Loved the new 32oz growler option, and the price was very fair. Paid $21 for a fill of Port Sucre. Yes please. Oaked Old Richland and Humulus w/ Ginger were only $11 if you wanted to go that route. I think I may buy fewer bottles of beer this year and just continue to use my growler.

Isn't one of the biggest perks of being in the RS or HS the fact that you can watch others be disappointed that they can't buy beer that you can?

As an RS, yes or is fun to watch the face of disappointment. And then in comes a HS, and bam, that disappointment face transfers to me. =p

Funny how entitlement tastes like a glass of black tuesday reserve

Just got back from my monthly (sometimes more often) Bruery TR & Mr K trip. Tasting room was at capacity like it often is but the line moves at a reasonable pace. Started backed up to the bathroom/door area and had pours within 5-10 mins. I try to go earlier to avoid the total chaos. Picked up my HS welcome package as well. That SS growler is rad, it holds chill so well.

Anyone have their HS growler leak? Got it filled and two days later it was almost completely flat and there was dried beer on the outside.

Someone else posted a small issue but they noticed it as they were driving away and got it replaced.

Haven't filled one but last night in the tasting room I noticed a guy had his full RS growler on the table while he drank and it was leaking on the table. Seems like they really need to be tightened down.

If anyone is interested in getting rid of their Hoarders membership for the remainder of the year for beer/money, let me know and we'll work something out.
