    With the morning run and dog walk finished, it's time for a healthy breakfast. Had to open a new bottle of Blis maple syrup, so I poured a couple ounces of the KBS in the bottle to soak up the maple sugary bottom swill for extra flavor. Seeing how we probably won't see CBS around here, I'd make a poor mans version. Adds a little sweet maple flavor, good enough.
