Never had Sue and wanted to try it.

Had tried to offer Mckenzie's Cezanne http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/1872/134410/
1:1 or 1+:1 and got crickets.

Never having traded for HF bottles before was curious to know what Sue is currently going for and if anyone has had both Sue and Cezanne and can weigh in opinion wise on the quality of both?

Really? That seems way out of whack. 1200 bottles of Royale at $15 each? If you were both happy, all good ... but for a common value that seems high.

Those McKenzie bottles are funny. I tried trading for them before and it never got done ... I assume because they're so low bottle count (and supposedly high quality - but I can't verify that!) that the people that got them are reluctant to let them go. But they're so relatively unknown and undervalued to the folks that don't have them that the stuff people try to trade them for is out of reach. In a way I think of them like the Upright Sole Comp bottles which are super limited, often incredible, but without any broad base of non-local demand.

That said, if you ever decide you'd like to swap some for PNW goods ...

You had any of the Sole comp barley wines? I'm sitting on one, wondering what to expect

I have not. I didn't even know Upright made barleywines. I'd bet they'll be unique!
