    Finishing this one. Had to cork it last night.This is really good, but I think I like the non-barrel aged version (Smoglifter) better.

    Just reviewed Rodenbach's - Caractère Rouge (4.63). It literally blew my head apart, I got my $22 money's worth and it's the greatest Flanders Red in Heaven, Hell or Earth...

    these bottles dated 12/31 are drinking better than my keg 1/14. I can confirm that Nugget Nectar has a sweet spot of about 2 weeks old to about a month. I also got some cans for further research after dinner.
