    Mango was excellent - split it with my tasting group. Just enough sweetness to balance out the hops. And I can't wait until next month - what's up next? It's a stout of some kind, right?

    I was the very fortunate recipient of this hand delivered LIF package, and very big thanks must go to @PA-Michigander for deferring @edhizdeid and his international living LIF. It was awesome to meet up and share a few beers at Goose Island and here is what Nick gracious sent my way in a very cool LIF from Eddy (who has a very awesome accent btw):

    Yeah, that's a f***ing Cantillon Classic Gueuze in the middle. In addition, there were several beers from each of the cities Eddy has lived. I have never heard of them, nor can I pronounce them, but they sound delicious.

    Nick, I hope you are back to drinking in February because I will have some revenge as a way to say thanks. I already tried to take care of Eddy tonight.

    Our Double American Brown Ale with kumquats and chocolate in a Buffalo Trace cask.

    Our Ol' Jack Frost Imperial Stout in a Jack Daniels cask.

    Sat, Feb 21 at 3pm: THREE NEW BEERS!
    Brown Label -- A Belgian Bruin with maple syrup in a Woodford Reserve cask.
    The Duke of Wallonia -- An Imperial Belgian Wit in a French oak red wine cask.
    Le Baltique -- A Baltic Porter in a French oak red wine cask.
