    Where did you ski? I'm thinking about hitting up Mountain Creek in NJ next week, if I don't make it upstate. Forgot about what beers they might have in the lodge....but I might just bring my own for afterwards.

    Christmas isn't Christmas without GLBC Christmas Ale (it's that feeling of home that some associate with given brews).

    Likewise, the start of summer is when I officially drink my first Weinstephaner outdoors for the year. :slight_smile:

    Two pints, sometimes three, of Stella Artois in the local pub beside my house after work every night is about my only tradition! If they served something better maybe I'd change but Stella is a good abv for a couple to wind down and catch up with friends every day.

    2013 3F Oude Gueuze on my anniversary with the wife. 2 years running now. :slight_smile: Got 16 bottles left for the next 16 years!

    I skied what was then called Vernon Valley/Great Gorge in NJ.
    After starting there I mainly went to Hunter Mountain. Stayed in 5 ski houses.
    A trip but was worth it. Happy hour at the HVI (Hunter Village Inn)
    was 5 mugs of beer for $1. Don't know if it is still there.
    If you go skiing stay away from K27! The ski lodge has great soups.
    If you see Kane Brewery beers in NJ jump on them. Great stuff!

    Not really a special occasion but I usually cook steak on Sunday night. More often than not I'll either have a Breckenridge Vanilla Porter or a Youngs Double Chocolate Stout with the meal. I may have a few others while waiting on the grill to warm up.
