Well done Cody! Best part of a hotel room share is no cleaning up, let the maid handle it!!! (and then leave a generous tip...)

Gonna tell us what all that is? Looks like a brie, some prosciutto, and I can't fathom the others. If you have any, I'm guessing gueuze would go well with that spread, maybe a Tilquin? Lindeman's Cuvee Renee if you're not feeling fancy?

I think we're still rocked from last night. I so want to open my last mexican cake but should also share it w a friend so I may need to trade for more.

Cuvée renee is one of our shelf favorites good idea! Ok so cheese from left top to right.

Left w blue streak running thru it is humboldt fog bloody goat. Delish after it warms up a bit got it at a cheese shop
Center pinwheel and mozz. Not that good it was from big y seemed like a good idea at the time. But as I am typing G said he likes it so yay!
Right is proscuitto from the cheese shop and also from amity meat near nebco
Bottom left is barba der Gouda firm goat holland. go find it now it's so good. Literally.
Top right center islillie bloomy cow. Was under whelming
Below that is just some Brie stew leonards has from France which I have been really digging
Right is just smoked salami. I wanted a hitter meat but the ones at the cheese shop were ridic priced and weren't that hot

And bottles are fig jam and honey yummmmmmmmmmmm

I was going to make tacos for dinner butttttt we are too full

That all sounds so delicious... I really wish my wife liked cheese like I do, I enjoy the hell out of eating it but rarely take the time to put together a plate of it, and a spread like that is basically out of the question.

It's a crime the percentage of nice cheese I buy that winds up in the trash because I forget I own it :slight_frown: (fortunately I've learned to buy no more than a quarter pound of anything, and only at most one at a time, so the waste isn't very much volume, just a shamefully high percentage)

I love a good charcuterie board but I'm far from a cheese snob. As I have said before I'm becoming a bit of a coffee snob. I'm not to the point of turning down bad coffee. I just enjoy better coffee far more. For the record, I'm a huge golf geek.

I am a coffee geek, I hate bad coffee. Rook in Nj is my current favorite coffee, they are so awesome about getting out to you so quick after roasting which is awesome. Is also the coffee that Kane uses

@devilfluff said ordering beer from his living room was getting expensive, here is a sample of my craftshack delivery. Later this month I have 2 Belgiuminabox incoming.

It happened fast for me. I still use my Keurig for busy mornings but the Aero Press and Chemex are so awesome. @mklisz sent me an awesome bag of beans from Intelligentsia and I use a lot of Zingermans coffee.
