Poker BIF Abrasive

You do understand it. 8 paying out, 4 receiving. If Dave would be so kind as to post the ante's for the 8 kind souls that will be putting up beer for us, I'd appreciate it. Perhaps Thursday evening after the tournament is over, I can start a quick email conversation between everyone who participated in the Poker BIF, and we can conduct the draft real quick.

It took some time, but I think everyone approached this fairly diplomatically despite some of the challenges we faced. I think this was quite a success. Good turn out, extremely competitive play, and some good beer to be had. I can overlook the bickering entirely as it was more over issues with how things were set up than it was outright shouting back and forth at anyone specific. Looking forward to Thursday, and then doing it again.

azdback brought it to my attention that people might want to watch the rubbermatch tournament for 2nd-4th place. We'll be playing tomorrow (Thursday) at 8EST, and you'll have to join the new PokerStars Home Game I created for it to watch. I'll try to get on there a little early before the game tomorrow to approve any of you who want to watch.
Hopefully goes without saying, but please don't register for the tournament though. This one's just for Rich, Retail, and me.

 

My ANTE (the PB bomber anyway) is a choice to the selector - Dubbel or Murphy's Law Red Ale (http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/596/8956). Warning, they both just have the anniversary logo labels, not anything else. I suppose if you'd like both I'd substitute the other one for the VicAtSea. Thought I'd clear that up before you guys fight over beer, you might want to know what beer.

 

Wish I could watch, unfortunately it's date night with the wife. I'll be periodically checking BA to see if the results are posted. GL everyone.

 

Update: Retail can't do the rubbermatch tonight, so we're postponing until Sunday at 8EST.

For the record, ask Injured Reserve if the Mirror Mirror is 2009. It's known to be infected. To avoid any potential fuss.
