In the spirit of Zimbo's favourite new beer of 2015 thread.

What are the new up and coming breweries (sort of, 2013/2014 onwards) you know of?

I've noticed a lot of these new ones seem to be (in theory at least) raising the bar in terms of experimentation and innovation, deviating from the hoppy pales, heavy stouts, and occasional saison, in favour of more unconventional ingredients, styles and methods of brewing.

I'd have to say I've seen quite a few recently, and Drygate, Pilot (thanks to Zimbo), Cloudwater and Atom look like they have good ideas.

Locally to South Wales, Hopcraft and Mad Dog are 2 new ones, and have some really interesting ideas.

the one I'm most excited about is Cloudwater http://cloudwaterbrew.co/, and they've not even done their first brew yet! Been following the construction of the brewery on FB, and when you consider who their brewer is it all adds up to 2015's equivalent of Burning Sky.

I hear good things about Southwark Brewing Co, mostly from my bud at work who is mates with one of the co-owners.

Went there back in October whilst doing the Bermondsey Mile, wasn't impressed but they'd only been going a couple of weeks and probably still finding their feet.

I really enjoyed it, kept on bumping into the same people as we kept catching with each other, also met some people I knew going in the opposite direction. Best, by far, was Kernel and not just because of the free beer!

Local micro-breweries are popping up everywhere. I discovered two only last week. I had a particularly good pint from one called KCB Craft Ales.
