I sadly don't have any Sucaba, but if I may request a single can of Regular Coffee from you (assuming you get it), I'd appreciate it.

The two opportunities I thought I'd get it from both didn't happen, and I'd really like to try it. I hope since we've already got a trade going that you can add that to my haul and I'll make sure to add in something on my end (once we get some remote amount of structure to the deal, that is)

I have finally landed on what I will do for my initial LIF!

I have run 10 marathons in my life. What is the total combined time it has taken me to run these? Answer in Hours:Minutes:Seconds. Closest guess wins (Price is right rules in the case of a tie). Please tag me/quote this post with your answer. I will leave this open for guesses until February 8th 11:59 CST.

I will go with 289. And if I win will probably pass it on to someone else since I just won one of your LIF's.

Also pretty damn random guess. I say this to ensure that no one thinks I know what I'm talking about and makes the poor decision to guess near me.

Having run 10 marathons, I'm going to guess that you're halfway decent at them. So as a typical consultant I'm going to use an elaborate methodology with no particular basis in reality, but that at least is internally consistent

So I'm going to guess that by marathon 7 you were able to qualify for the Boston Marathon. That's 3 hr, 10 minutes if you're 35-39 (if you're younger its only 5 minutes lower, so I'm going with this). I'm going to guess for each marathon after #7 you were able to lower your time by 1%. For each marathon before #7 I'm going to guess that you were worse by an incremental 1% each time (so 1% worse for #6, 2% worse than #6 on #5, etc.). This kind of works with how I've see times decrease once you start competitive running...

So based on all that, my guess is 33:21:07 for 10 marathons. You first marathon was 3:53:22 and your current time is 3:04:21.

Edit: Since @Kramerbarthomer and I have very close guesses, I'm going to move mine to 34:26:28. Basically I just changed my methodology so #8 was when you could qualify for the Boston marathon.

So I do all this guesswork and a framework and stuff, and you come in and ninja me by 6 minutes? Granted you answered first and all...

@ajaylock - 35:17:09, I took how long it would take me to run 10 marathons, then divided by ten
