This one slipped by me, but it looks like I can now buy Weyerbacher in Michigan. If Alesmith ever comes to Detroit, I may not have to make Toledo beer runs anymore
I have had it plenty of times and I am stopping on the way home from work to pick up a 4 pack this afternoon!!!
I was going to stop and buy a 22oz Perrin With Kindness. It is a BBA English Barleywine for 16.99. Then I saw Weybacher dropped here today and I can buy 4 12oz Insanity's for 15.99 I like supporting Michigan breweries, but the price on the Weybacher is so much better it makes it a no brainier for me.
Fantastic news! Now if we could just get Sixpoint, Ballast Point, Great Divide, and Sweetwater up here, I could save money on gas and not have to worry about a 60mph speed limit.
Sixpoint is available in parts of the state. Grand Rapids, Lansing, Kalamazoo, and western Wayne counties last I knew.
Only Sixpoint I've seen here in Kalamazoo in the past year or two has been kegs of The Crisp or Bengali and as of late not even that.
I believe Sixpoint pulled it's Michigan distribution about 2 years ago. It was on the west side of Michigan.
Never seen Sixpoint in the Lansing area for sure. I'm afraid of what year round access to Resin would do to my liver.
