Boy, if they ever figure out what beer **** is here at work I am gonna be screwed... Trying to figure out how to slide through what has been a wasted week here looking at more crappy weather outside...and no carbs, but I've lost 8 pounds. I think a big-ass, high ABV brew should be my reward  (shit...gained half a pound just thinkin' about it...and pizza...mmmmm...pizza).

Listening to, but not watching the eight minute display of the album cover...

I had the day off work today so I woke up super early to get some chores done I was over do on. As a reward I made myself Eggs Benedict (w/ homemade hollandaise) for brunch and paired it with a RR Beatification batch 5 sent to me by @queens1130. Unfortunately, I didn't have any lemons but I improvised as you can see.

The pairing turned out fantastic. I did pretty good for never having made a hollandaise sauce before. I did break it at one point but was able to fix it. I will not be using limes in the future and I would advise others do the same. lol

Nicole, I hope you enjoy the sours from Funk Factory, that I'll be sending your way, as much as I am enjoying this one!!

oh and I'm listen to this......

Thanks! Just an optical illusion with a little help from that pink rock under the glass. I did studio work years ago as a stylist. The junk we used to pull off shots was at times more creative than the images themselves. Just using some old tricks so I can try and match the great quality of photos here. You're one of the best, cheers!

It's a snowy day in Albuquerque, New Mexico and even worse north of here, so I'm working from today. I needed a beverage while I work and opted for Marble's Brett IPA. It's delicious. Check the reviews here:

Also, yesterday I had the opportunity to hang out with a Minnesota BA @hopazoid visiting Santa Fe and he, @miggs3030 and I shared a couple of brews:

A Buffalo Trace barrel aged Weizenbock from Minneapolis Town Hall Brewery:

actually i did see how you used the adjacent rock there. i was mostly utilizing the opportunity to be a smart-ass. i do wish i had the patience & balls to pull off some of those shots you take in the wild.
