Hopefully with bigger batches and more tanks the bottle price will go down..

I've only had one of each at the current price tag but would certainly buy many more at $10/bottle.

@unterhopft Do you guys think you'll expand much outside of Berliner Weisse or will that be primarily what you will brew at the new facility? Not saying I would mind if that is the plan, as I've loved every beer in the series so far. Cheers!

They could do Gose and/or Lichtenhainer Weisse if they wanted to stick to German styles, though I'd be down with some Belgian sours!

I thought the first two lost a great deal of the sour characteristic after aging for a while. I'm going to put these beers in a drink now category.

We'll continue to focus on Berliners, but some will some will use that definition more loosely than others.

With any luck it will be like Black Forest Cherry in WI. It took FOREVER to show up in MSN, but it eventually made it. Hopefully you see DoA in Feb.

Glazers may be the worst distributor in the state, so if it doesn't end up coming here, let me know and I'll share mine with you. Hell, maybe we can make a Noble Star vertical out of it. I have bottles of all releases so far.

I'm looking forward to a Northwoods Blueberry version. The blueberry from the State Fair was my highlight of the event.

I would like to see a schnitzel or a frankfurter version.

Actually an apricot or elderberry would be good. I also think mango could be tasty.

I'd try that. It would be perfect for a State Fair beer, actually.

I was joking of course but now it just occurred to me that what makes sauerkraut what it is is lacto, pedio, etc. lol
