MLB 13 Runs 2015...way early.....

I'm struggling to come up with 3 teams worse than the Phillies.

 

Rolling draft? Or are we setting a time to just knock it out?

 

Rolling I think is the easiest. It would be difficult to get 30 people in different time zones together at once.

 

Sixers, Knicks, T'Wolves... oh wait. Yeah I hear you. I think the only teams that will give them a run for it are the Rockies, Twins and maybe the Braves even

 

Rolling draft definitely makes the most sense...

 

Tricked you!! I plan on changing it every two months so you have to read a few things I write.

I think the best way to handle the draft would be with a time clock.

Draft begins: X Dates at X AM

The first pick has until X AM the following day to make their pick.

Once they pick, they or someone should tag the next person up in the draft, then the next team is on the clock. So if Person 1 picks at 10 AM X Day, Person 2 has until 10 AM the following day .

If they miss their deadline, they can pick at ANYTIME, but the following person can pick and so on. So if they miss their pick, then the next person picks the Phillies, they can't come back and pick them, they would have to pick a different team, but could do so anytime.

I can try to be the one to handle the draft if you guys want? I just think it is the easiest and fairest way to move it along quickly. (We do this with some fantasy leagues and such)

 

Thanks for the offer. The draft shouldn't be too hard to run. I'm not going to do time limits right now since we have plenty of time to get this done before the season starts. If it drags them I might have to, but I know most of this crew and they are active.
