Fat Heads Head Hunter IPA Bottle Release! OH & PA

Is this making it to Cincinnati?

 

Hopefully no other bottled IPA will be in my fridge from this day forward.

 

I doubt this is making it down to Dayton... But that would be mind-blowingly awesome.

 

I was told they are going to put most of it in the Cleveland and Pittsburgh markets for now. But I'm sure that can and will change as some gets to other markets.

 

I just picked up a 4pk.. it's nice I don't have to drive to N. Olmsted just to get some now

 

Picked up a case yesterday, it's just as good if not better in the bottles. I hope to make this my go to IPA.

Who's distributing in Pittsburgh, or are they just going to sell it at Fathead's. I could never get a four pack there since I've been going it's been a draft only, bottles are always sold out.

 

What's the price on this?

 

I didn't ask I just grabbed the case and swiped, threw away the receipt.

I'm sure once they get their new produstion facility running in Middleburg Heights they'll be more accessible to fans and those interested in trying it. I also wonder how many shifts they'll run to keep up with demand. Does Pittsburg have a seperate brewery as well ?

 

No, only the two places in Ohio produce beer.

I was told by one of the brewers that it might be a while before they come close to meeting demand, let alone expanding their market. I do know that is the plan though, eventually.

 

Rozi's in Lakewood has it on draft and in bottles.

High demands lead the brewery to request that we do not sell growler fills, for now (which is encouraging that they plan to increase production so that places other than the brewery itself can fill growlers). Great beer, great brewey, great brewer - glad to have them in the store.

For anybody that cares, Fat head's had Apocalypse Cow and Arctic Panzer Wolf bottles for sale today. They also had Ruination 10th Anniversary on tap. Cheers

 

Had this brew at a bottle share for DLD. Hope some will eventually filter its way to the Chicagoland area. If not, ISO.

 

Rozi's had Apoc Cow too..... didn't see APW though.... but Corey was oddly pleasant, so I'm guessing he must have drank them all when they came in.

I probably brought the growlers if you were at the Marriott. Sounds like it will not be in Chicago right away, hit me up if you want some bottles sooner. I am at the brew pub a couple times a week and they have bottles there now.

 

Yeah, i might have to hit ya up on this offer. Its too hot out to be letting beer sit around in a box, so hopefully the weather will even out enough sometime soon. Hit me up with a PM and maybe we could start hashing something out. Is the Headhunter going to be pretty readily available?
