Mine last night from the 1/23 canning tasted so damn fresh and good, I just might stock up and gain ten pounds of abrasive weight this weekend.

I've consumed cans from 1/13 and 1/23. carb levels have been varied...nothing flat yet luckily.

I'm trying to imagine what a flat Abrasive would taste like. Does no carbonation make it undrinkable, is the great flavor still there but without carbonation just a no go?

Take a coke or pepsi (whatever is your preference). Shake it up and open slowly (so as to not blow it up everywhere). Drink it. Let us know if it is as enjoyable as a carbed one

Your suggestion doesn't make sense a shaken up cola beverage is extremely carbonated, how would that compare to drinking a flat beer?

Shake it as in swirl it in a glass. Or do it to the last sip of beer.

My 4 pack was a 1/16 canning. Definitely way under carbonated. Still tasty, but not what I was hoping for.

So is it safe to say that the 1/23 batch is at least less problematic than the earlier batches?

I've had multiple packs of 1-13 and 1-23 and every single can was delicious. Can't wait to grab more MaƱana.

I would imagine it tastes a lot like an Abrasive cask.

To me the mouthfeel is more greasy/oily and the wonderful tropical/citrus flavors are subdued and the alcohol is very noticeable.

^^^^Yeah i agree the head was slick looking (not creamy/fluffy) and dissapated quickly on the 1/9 and 1/13 cans, most were under carbonated
