Tart Saisons bottled: Mango, Pineapple, and Blueberry.

Bottle count is roughly 250 each they stated.

Will only be sold in the tasting room and they are, as per most sours, "ready when they are ready".

I need to somehow get insider info because the mango and pineapple were fantastic, never tried the blueberry.

@HeavySpeedway, got a secret on this?

Come on man, you know there is not enough to share with everybody. You were supposed to keep it quiet! J/k... I'm just hoping it's a weekend. I loved every single one I tried so far

I know, but still, this is a beer forum and when have I ever really kept a release quiet? =P

Plus now since I gave Council another chance after reading stuff from mr heavyspeedway they have grown quite a bit on me. Maybe I chose the wrong beer or just wasn't feeling it that day, but now I wish for them to grow and others to enjoy their beers. BA Pirate's Breakfast was fantastic btw.

I've only been to Council once, and the Mango was badass along with Pirate's Breakfast. Looking forward to the day when they're bottling more than 250 bottles of their tart saisons.

They said somewhere in a comment that their next run would be a bit bigger and 2 months down the road. But they wanted to thank the locals. I need to find a connection because I have been there a number of times but am no where near local status.

I visited Council when I was out in SD in October and pretty much everything they do is good with the tart saisons being pretty damned exceptional. I have hopes to be able to trade for these, but it seems like with as limited as the run is, would be almost impossible, even if Council is pretty under the radar nationally.

That mango was so good when I was there. Is this a Brown Paper Tickets deal?

Probably won't be BPT, but I've not heard that for certain.

I'm not sure there is any secret; they are pretty much putting all relevant info on their Facebook page.

I was there on Saturday. They told me it will be sold in the tasting room only.

I've loved every tart saison they have released. That being said, of the 3 being released.... I liked blueberry the best.

That's what I figured. I definitely dig Council for the fact it is just a simple operation and they churn out so much beer. They quality is obviously back and forth, but everyone involved seems like really down to earth and nice people. Just a pleasant environment and for the most part awesome beer.

Nice... though, I hope they do a run of the base beer on the next release. The fruit adjuncts are nice, but I honestly prefer the base.

Hoping for the Dry Hopped one to be on soon. I really like that one.

That and pineapple were my favorites thus far.

Oddly enough, pineapple is one of my least favorite (though I like the later batches better than the first few). I'm all about the mango.

Looks like these got released? If so, would anyone wanna send bottles to Michigan? Love Council. Don't really wanna post this in ISO:FT for fear of riling everyone up about it.
