Gonna be in Denver in May but don't think I can make it to Glenwood, I love all his beers must, alter, family travel plans...

 

I believe bottles of "Oak Theory, or whatever it will be called" will be a bit hard to come by, but I will do my damndest to hook up anyone in this thread.... I will also be running an LIF starting on Tuesday (for a specific reason...) and I would STRONGLY recommend that people pay attention to this thread around that time... they may end up scoring a cool bottle...Did I say STRONGLY? I just wanted to emphasize that... pay the fuck attention come Tuesday blizznatches... (p.s. - I'm kinda drunk)...

Speaking of, any word on Wild Sour coming back? That one was phenomenal.

Do you live in Boston now, or just have the wife of someone who does held hostage? All I've seen you VBS lately has been Trillium and other MA beers....

I agree with your notes on both of '13 and '14 from when I got the chance to try each last month; I enjoyed them both tremendously, but frankly not nearly enough more than 'regular' BCBS to justify what it'd take to land them. I liked the cinnamon but got hardly any coconut from either one.

Can I please send you my children and one of my kidneys for these?

What a crazy past 3 days this has been...

 

So I got the LIF box from @heystevec it was a very pleasant surprise to come home to on Saturday. And the crab chips were eaten immediately.


Monocacy- Brewtus

I had never heard of Brewtus, but based on the description and reviews I'm very excited to try it. Haven't had the terrapin or ccb, but I have heard great things about both, and the l love nugget nectar, definitely a permawant! Thanks so much @heystevec! I'm Bottling my homebrew tonight and will be taking a sample in to work tomorrow for my LIF.

 

Maybe the beer looks familiar since we are both from York (I think). We probably shop at the same places. But I will stop shopping if I can just choose from your beer stash. That would save me a ton of cash!!!!

Those times are way to low for my guess, unless you started by running 5 hour ones.

 

I was just gonna say, but I love the extended slow roll and building anticipation. I agree though that based on current projections my numbers are pretty high, and I don't have very much wiggle room above or below me...

 

I'm thinking that @ajaylock is going to make this last as long as his total marathon time, so we probably have another 20 or so hours until we get the results.

Yeah, it was something like Valley Green Beverages. Their selection was okay. Besides the Grapefruit Sculpin they had cases of FIS and Hop Ranch but not much besdies that. Breski has a better selection.

 

I guess beer karma does exist.. Since hosting my first LIF, I quickly won 2.

Kinda figured as much, I think they are fairly new, but not 100% sure. I heard they had one case of BCBS and it took about an hour to sell it, guess it's not on many people's radar
