All up to date again. A little over one week until the All-Star Break. I have taken the lead, but as we've seen, leads come and go quickly in this game. After the last game, I will do a thorough proofreading to make sure our winner is actually our winner. As always, please let me know if you see any errors.

 

Only 3 days to go before first half payout and we have a four-way tie for first (ignoring tiebreakers)

Yes, quick look at tiebreakers shows @Dave_Treat in the lead, with @Aleforme and myself just slightly behind.

 

Looks like each of the top 4 have one game remaining before the break. No one has only one less unique score than the top 4, so barring a typo on the spreadsheet, the winner will be one of the 4. @jshusc still has a chance, if the Mavs score uniquely and the other three do not, he will win.

 

Tonight is @Dave_Treat and his Nets last chance to put up a unique score before the All-Star break.

My Raptors, @jshusc Mavs, @Aleforme Thunder all play their last game tomorrow night.

 

I will confirm today, but barring a mistake on my end (entirely possible) that locks up the first half for @Dave_Treat the best anyone can do is Tie him and he has the tiebreaker over all of us.

 

Good news everyone not named @Dave_Treat there was an error in the scoring for the Nets.

Bad news for everyone not named @Dave_Treat it didn't affect his scoring.

Still going to double check the other three teams to make sure there is no mistake there.

 

So I double checked the top 4, @Dave_Treat had a minor mistake, that did not affect the score. @jshusc and @Syracuse12 had no mistakes, so they (we) are eliminated. @Aleforme had a mistake that tied him with Dave for first. If the Thunder score uniquely, he takes home the prize, if they don't Dave takes home the prize based on tiebreakers.

 

Last post for today, since I'm talking to myself. Just a reminder for @Aleforme and @Dave_Treat , the winner has a choice whether to take 15 boxes and ship to the second half winner or to take 14 boxes (13 for Dave since he has two teams) and not have to ship at all in this BIF.

 

I knew I had to double check the scores before I crowned a winner. Too likely for a minor error to affect the final score here. For one of the Thunder's games, I put in their opponents score instead of their own score, which gave you the extra point.

* If anyone checks the spreadsheet and sees red highlighting over your username, it means you were in the lower half of scoring and will be shipping to the winner this half. You will also get an inside look at how I track BIFs. When you ship, your name turns yellow, and turns green upon confirmed receipt of beer. You will remain green for the 2nd half of the BIF and will NOT ship for the second half.

 

@Aleforme and his Thunder put up a duplicate score last night, so @Dave_Treat is our winner! Dave, let me know whether you want the full 15 boxes or whether you want 13 boxes and not need to ship for the 2nd half.
