It's been established that I'm a Phillies fan, always have been. Growing up though, I was quite the baseball card collector, so I knew a fair amount about the rest of the league as well.

The LIF is: Guess my favorite players of:

• National league position player
• National league pitcher
• American league position player
• American league pitcher

Need all 4 to win. A player need only have played in their designated league for part of their career to qualify for that league. If they actually played in the other league for longer, tough shit. I may or may not give out hints, but it's one guess per person per hint. This will stay open until someone wins.

 

Since I'm new to these shenanigans and want to dip my toe in the LIF water, let me add my FIRST. If you own the team the Cubs beat when they clinch the NL Central, a celebratory box will be forthcoming to you.
