Just called, sold out.

"Yeah, we had it for three days just sitting behind the counter waiting for people to ask, but it must have made its way to the internet because just like that it's gone!"

 

I think I got the last of it. The guy at the counter asked what happened because they all of a sudden got an onslaught of calls. I showed him the hint and he thought it was hilarious.

 

I would almost never think to ask, especially not this far off of the standard release date. I'll browse shelves and the cooler to see if there are any surprises, but that's about it. I'll ask the question two weeks following a release, but that's it.

hope it helped out a few people. i know some stores dont like the word getting around, cause as you can see, their stock that was once dead is now gone instantly. when it comes down to it, they still made the sales and got their satisfied customers.

Space ghost was $6.99 at whole foods downtown (I think. At most it was $7.99 but im a couple beers deep). Also snagged a sixer of Dorado there for the same price as sculpin is most places.

 

Anyone seen steel toe size 11 hanging around? Checked at the taproom tonight and they are sold out.

if you are still in the hunt for regular BCBS, Sarracks in St Paul/Stillwater has 7 bottles. think it was $7.99 a bottle.

hah. truthfully, not many. all depends whats coming out. majority of them i follow via social media and just foward the info to here.

i do a wisconsin trip probably every two weeks. with BCBCS hitting shelves, i decided to go a little off the normal path during my Wisconsin drive in hopes of finding a honey hole. thats how i ended up at Sarracks. BCBCS is one of my top poisons, so was hoping to find more and therefore did a bit of driving around this week.

 

This is a long shot, but I had a mirror mirror last night (2014) and was floored by it. I want to grab more to keep my single bottle company. Anyone seen it recently?
