That Duck Rabbit Anarchy is a sleeper. I love that beer so much. You mentioned you like Old Ales, so thought it would really hit your sweet spot.

Double Barley is a new brewery to me, just came over to my part of the state a couple weeks ago. Everyone in my local store has been loving the beers we have of theirs and the general consensus is that these are the best two. Remains to be seen if everyone likes them because they're new or because they're actually quite good.

Glad you got a replacement Teku just in time!

Man after reading about the KBS ticket thing, I'm glad a friend of mine has been first on the list at her local distributor for a case since like june, and has offered me at least a 4 pack (though I told her I'd buy as much as she's willing to part with lol)

I guess PA laws are good for at least ONE thing lol

Good luck with that (sincerely). My distributor breaks up the whatever cases they get and sells it by the 4pk. Still better than single bottles, but I wouldn't 100% count on your friend to actually get a whole case. I'm just hoping my name is high enough on the list to get some (I think I'm after 6th but before 13th, so fingers crossed for at least 2 cases).

 

I live in single bottle land, it sucks

The Perm Funeral is a little outside of the #LehighFresh window, but is still drinking pretty well, and everything else is about as fresh as I can get it (I think the Citra has about a week on it...)

I prefer to call it an "appetizer"--Get ready for the main course @HoppySeb ...

I find it ironic that this group doesn't start going downhill morality-wise UNTIL we have a girl in the group (not to suggest causation, merely correlation)
