It might be helpful to give a better idea of what went down with more details. Pretty vague...

 

If you dont have the time to trade properly, don't trade at all. Beer trading is not a necessity.

 

If you can't communicate or have "time", then maybe you shouldn't be trading. Just saying.

 

And maybe speak clearly....

 

@freddy3417 If I were you, I'd step back, regroup your thoughts and approach this in a civil manner. If you don't, more than likely you will make it on a lot of traders Dont Trade Lists if you haven't already. People do make mistakes (we all do), its how you rectify them that matters.

 

Sounds like this guy is too busy to trade ("sorry I can't work for a living and spend all dedicate all my time to beer advocate") yet he's somehow actively trading and can't seem to keep straight what was agreed to...hopefully others with open trades see this in time. Dude, communication IS beer trading, so if you're too busy with other shit don't even bother. I don't need to see any screenshots--just seeing his response is enough for me to avoid. Writes an incoherent, short response and then bounces while his livelihood is at stake. Thanks for sharing @Josbor11--sorry you had to deal with this.
Can the mods tag/notify the guys with open trades so they can see this thread?

 

He doesn't have time to get back to you, but he has time to be on BA posting on other parts of the site. Gotcha.

This can only end badly.

 

Please don't sweep this under the rug, you do that and increase the chances that this happens to someone else. If he deserves bad feedback he earned it and should get it.

 

@Josbor11 I'd leave him negative feedback now. As that should grab his attention and others. IF, he rectifys the situation, I would change to "OK" with reason(s) why..... (ie Had to start a bad trader thread for him to come through) would be something to write.

 

you can say the same about him? Its sure not in your GOOD feedback you gave for GOOD communication and packaging..Seems you would mention problems, right? I am sensing your lying and now you look even worse

 

Don't leave positive feedback if he didn't send what he agreed to send. His response was less than acceptable. It seems more and more people blame their errors in trading on not having the time or money to complete the trades. Well news for you is YOU DON'T HAVE TO TRADE! Don't leave other good traders with the burden of your incomplete or uncompleted trade. It isn't fair that good people are out beer and the money they spent on shipping because last minute you decided not to fulfill your obligation for the trade. Make this right @freddy3417 . If you have time to try and get the free beer or complete other trades, than you have time to rectify this. Give us all a legitimate response man. I try and give the benefit of the doubt to people and hope I am proven wrong by you @freddy3417 .

Why leave okay feedback?

If the trade was incomplete, it's incomplete. Lack of response, and not getting what was agreed on, should warrant bad feedback.

Okay feedback is for trades that didn't work out great, but was resolved by both parties, privately.

When a thread is needed, bad feedback is warranted.

 

Would you mind posting the screen shots? Keep any personal info out of it though please.

Well, I see how this is going to end..

 

He has some open trades, but for this guy is sent into the black hole is there anyway to alert is trade partners on other open trades? Try to make sure he makes good.

 

working on this, it takes rewriting some code. IMO it is very much needed.
