Is that a 1/6 or 1/2 barrel? I was told by a friend of mine that he could only order 1/2 barrels here in KS.

so second pour had a temp of 38* glad I added in a fan, still a little bit more head then I'd like but dissipates really quick more frothy then anything more liquidy is that because the keg is still accepting the initial co2?

Nice job. I just finished mine too. I used perlick faucets with flow control. Yes, more expensive but worth it. I read a ton of info on balancing the system with certain amount of tubing etc. With the same short tubing and the flow control, I should be able to dial in a great pour for every style. I have seen some people use different lengths of tubing depending on the style, and the CO2 pressure on the keg. The flow control faucets are worth the extra money I think. Just my 2 cents if you happen to add more faucets.

and upgraded to a Perlick 630 SS, and stainless steel for everything, didn't have any plans just bought cedar and a sheet of insulation at home depot and cut to fit, and used angle brackets to attach the fan on the inside of the collar. if you need help use the google machine you can get more then enough ideas from their. i have two buckets of damp rid inside and a computer fan from amazon and the johnson temp controller.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately Keg Connection only ships to Hawaii as FedEx 2nd Day Air, shipping is more than items ordered. This is the price for living in the islands.. oh well, I'll keep searching the web.

Try Micromatic. Great products. A little more expensive but worth it.
