American Adjunt Lager. I know it says extra pale but im pretty sure its not an Ale. I could be wrong though.

Edit- After checking it is in fact an adjunct lager same as any BMC

Yes, you're right. As Jesskidden points out, Rolling Rock is an AAL, and it never pretended to be anything else. The Extra Pale reference on the label refers to the color, nothing more. I actually went out and bought a sixer of Rolling Rock after the Adjunct Hippie complained that they changed the formula. I think he's right. It did taste different to me (but memory fades over time, and I don't think I have had a Rolling Rock since the 1990s). I have a soft spot in my heart for it, though, because it was once brewed in PA and my grandpa swore by it. Still, it's definitely in the BMC category of beers (though IMHO a cut above the other macros).

Oh, and I want to do a shout out for Sweetwater 420, though Sierra Nevada is still my favorite.

Totally agree that it is a touch above the "lite beers". Got to keep some macros on hand and it is allways RR or PBR.

Yeah, maybe we should start up another "Lawn mower beers you're not ashamed to love" thread, because I can never get enough of those! I sense a collective cringe throughout the BA community as I type this.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. It's a classic that remains one of my favorite beers out there.

You need to try NEBCO Galaxy. It's as good as Edward and pseudo imo. I actually prefer it over Gandhi bot.

Sounds good, just didn't know if you have tried Sue yet. Would have tried to trade if you didn't. Everyone's tastes are different. I prefer Sue over Mo.

Hill Farmstead Edward is the best I have tried. I also really liked DFH's Firefly Ale.
