Isn't Plead only in barrels like 3-6 months? I can't imagine it would be more than BBLP5th.

Plead the 5th is aged 3-4 months. But they age all beers for different amounts of time. But I'd assume this was some extra tres from this season and aged in barrels for maybe 2-3 months

Would love to snag some of this. Saturday is a small birthday party for my son, so no chance of me driving to Marshall. Even though my dad will already be here to join me... Doubt that is going to be allowed.

Also wonder how fast that is going to sell out. Had a bottle of the regular tres blueberry this weekend, and a BBA version would be great.

Really decent price on it too, $15 for 25 tastes is killer.

I am fairly new to this release party stuff. Do you or anybody else expect there to be a line for this?

Same for me, so I have no clue. I know people were lined up for 4elf to get the dbpt5 and they didn't have enough for people in line.

I could be wrong but this also seems like a different beast.

I am an hour away in lansing so realistically I wouldn't even be able to get down there til probably 5. After bday party, drive time, etc. and that is a slim chance of even that time and of them having any left. So I think I will be missing out.

Wish I had the details on this sooner since it is just a small family party and I totally could have planned it for Sunday instead...

People were lined up super early for 4Elf, but Dark Horse didn't run out of BBPt5. By 9pm-ish, the line was done, and they were letting anybody walk up to buy the leftovers. In fact, they still had cases 2 days later.

He was referring to the DB version of PT5, which they did run out of. But that was expected. 4elf was pretty clear what volumes they were selling so you knew where you needed to be to get some....until the goof of changing allocation at the last minute. Regardless, unless they post up how many cases they have for sale and you can do the math of where you need to be to get some, nobody can predict. It could last hours or days. Like Colonel, I'm planning to show up at 2.

Yeah, I'm still trying to visualize what that looks like in terms of me getting some. I would imagine if i was there by 2, I should be good...?

Scratch that 100 cases. So 300 people can get 2 four packs. I honestly don't think 300 people will be there.

Hah, guess I should have read upward on this post. Ojgio copied from their FB and it says 100 cases. If so, that means 300 people get beer. Safe to assume that won't be a problem.

As much as everyone going would probably like to know this very information, I dont think there is any way to predict.

Looking forward to this event. Should be a good time! Gonna stay at the Comfort Inn if anyone is possibly interested in popping some bottles after the event.

lets keep that mindset. really want to hop down there, not only for the blueberry but also for the event, which sounds great. even if i have to go later on. but them still having stock would swing my ability to make it happen

would anyone that is going want to trade phone numbers (by PM), and either text me if they ran out, or if i texted you later on to check in. Get some karma? I would be very grateful.
