Curious if anyone in NY/NJ has seen older bottles Fathead Barleywine, I know the newer bottles are around, looking for last years or earlier

The 2012 just came out, its the bright red label, Pelham has it but looking for older bottles.

I know Deciccos Ardsley had the 2009 a while back and I kept passing on it.

Anyone who got a 2009 or 2010 bottle I'd be interested in a deal for sure.

Are you sure they're newer bottles in Pelham? I could swear I've seen them sitting there for ages. I'll have to take a look next time I'm there.

Yeah Im there alot as Im sure you are, they had some bottles that slowly dissapeared over last year or so fairly sure they were 2010 (Oct Release) or maybe 2011 (August Release), pinkish label, then I was there last week, saw new line of bottles with bright red label. Checked with Nebraska and they released 2012 Fathead this month. Keith says he got the new bottles a few months ago, so they would have to be the 2011, I assume. This means that the 2010, pink label, 2011, bright red label, and 2012 not released to all markets yet. The 2009 is the only bottle that's dated.

Im trying to put together a vertical, bottle dates would be so helpful....I hit up Nebraska for more details, waiting for response.

Ah so you talk to Keith too. I was gonna give him a text to see what he knew but it seems you got most bases covered.
