Surly Abrasive in Chicago

Properly carbonated Abrasive cans. Excellent.

Depends on the turnout.

 

If we're lucky, there will be a thread up tomorrow complaining that those camped out in the tap room by noon today should get more 4-packs.

 

gonna try my best to get up there after work...probably around 6...and hope that I can get my hands on something....oh the fingers are crossed on this one.

 

Both will be on tap and a DJ spinning so you can always drink a beer and hangout!

Also Cacao Bender. Did i mention Cacao Bender?

 

I was hoping I'd make it the rest of the month without having to make another beer purchase. Plans officially blown out of the water.

 

Just to clarify, Cacao Bender is Draft, not cans.

Dang, looks I picked the wrong day to have theater tix at the Goodman.

 

Pretty chill around 5p. No line at all. Should last a while tonight, I'd imagine.

 

Not too many people here. 2 pack limit on Abrasive and 2 pack limit on Doomtree. Enjoying cacao bender as I type this!!!

 

Why would there be a line?

Glad to have been able to grab some and didn't expect to see mad Cherry Murderous on the shelf!

I am finishing cacao and deciding if I should get another or switch to Abrasive.....

Cacao was outstanding.

Got there a little after 6 expecting a madhouse and was pleased with the small turnout. Able to grab the leather chairs next to the door and hang out for a few hours. Good times.

 

Cacao was absolutely fantastic. Very happy I was able to get to taste that one tonight.
