Whateves. Only highlighting the ambiguity you will receive relative to pin-pointing the when and where for any remaining CBS around town. I truly hope you get to enjoy some. I'd be remiss to think BS only got one keg, but I also wouldn't count on seeing it again for a LONG time.

Brick Store's keg lasted 2 hours and Midway's lasted at least 3. And the pours at Midway were mighty generous. It was supposed to be an 8 oz pour but looked closer to 12. I'm curious--how did Midway advertise? I must have missed it because I didn't know it was tapped until 4 that afternoon.

I mean I have heard from credible industry ppl of when argosy might tap it. However I hope they move it out a week or two of when they were planning bc I will be in colorado the weekend they were talking.

Simply want a single pour. I was not a fan of KBS as related to Hype, but have heard from my crafty friends that CBS is def worth all this hype.

    Hope to see it.

Nothing beats getting info right from the source! But I hope you find a pour, man.

I've having this latest batch a few times, I'll have to strongly agree with the latter statement. (Thankfully, I really only had to go out of my way the first time around, but I was able to get multiple pours and Imperial MBCP so def worth it.)

I have been going off of what my friends have been saying. That this beer is a must try. They have said the opposite. And are huge stout ppl. Guess everyones palate is different.

I had it twice. The first time was on New Year's at Steinbeck's in Oakhurst. Had to sit outside because I was with some friends and the tables inside were all taken. I wasn't feeling very well and the beer never really warmed up. I was glad I got to try it but didn't really enjoy it all that much.

I got a pour last Saturday at Midway as well. It was not crowded, could sit inside at the bar and enjoy it. It warmed up pretty quickly and it was phenomenal. I hope to be able to try it again.

FWIW, I'm a stout guy as well. I mean, don't get me wrong, I thought it was a pretty good beer. But it wasn't a 'holy shitballs' beer that you'd think it was after all the hype. But hey, maybe that was my fault. I've learned to not put too much stock in that kinda stuff anymore.

What I'm ultimately trying to say to others is to taper their expectations on CBS and if you're going to have to drive an hour to wait forever in a crowded location for MAYBE a chance for a 6 oz pour at 10$ a pop . . . go to your local brewery for a fresh IPA instead.

    But hey, tickers gotta tick.

It was tweeted originally 2/7, tweeted by Founders 2/11 (then retweeted by Midway), then had mentions 2/13, 14, and 15.
I really hate twitter. Its so dumb. But for Beer in ATL its a great resource of info.

I'm a stout guy as well and I think that's why I didn't particularly care for it. Comparing to the other stouts that get hyped, it isn't even in the same ball park. I'd take regular fis over cbs all day. It was fun to tick though.

We will also have Guinness on tap as well if that will get you excited. Seriously though, that list is only a few of the beers, there should be much more awesome beer to drink, but again, thats just my opinion.
