    So I heard today that The Abduction was going to be fwb only release? And something happend to The Jones Dog and it will be months before its released again. Has anyone else heard about this? Or was the guy at whatever store my buddy was at full of crap? Was planning on heading into the city tomorrow to try and score a bottle or two.

    I've heard The Abduction will fwb only as well. (Check back a few pages..)

    Was a small batch so this may be the case. Should make an appearance at Stout Fest though (at least I hope it does!).

    Heard the same thing about Abduction, not about Jones Dog though.

    I was told by our Pipeworks driver last week that The Abduction is FWB-only and that The Jones Dog should hit general distribution the week of the 23rd.

    I had it last night and thought it was excellent. Better than regular Murderous and equally good (if not better than) the barrel-aged version of Murderous (although obviously they're quite different). The cherry adds a very nice touch to the base beer. I'm hoping I can track down another bottle or two tonight.

    Yes. Unfortunately this one is a miss for me. It was better acting as the base of a glaze for grilled chicken last night. Can see how some might like it but I was not a fan and couldn't finish half a glass. :slight_frown:
