This (more of a Belgian IPA) and this come to mind. The New Belgium base might not be an IPA (is it?) but it was loaded with hops and rocked my world!

When I lived in PA, Tired Hands Brewing had a sour IPA, it was brewed with lime puree... it was amazing like most things they make. I miss that place, very cool vibe.

From what I've heard no. I've seen brett ones (see everyone else here), but traditional sours (lacto, pedio, etc) are very very lowly hopped (if at all) due to the hops conflicting with the beer's sour flavors. Can anyone comment to this?

I had this on Valentines day 2014 Vintage...lots of sour pucker and there was still a lot of citrus hop flavor.

Sort of depends on what beers you mean here, but Belgian Lambics and Gueuzes use reasonable amounts of hops, however, they are used for the preservative effect rather than flavoring, so the hops are aged before use so the chemicals that give the bitterness and some of the other flavors that we typically associate with hops when fresh have basically gone away. Same thing with Orval.

Wild Beer Evolver IPA isn't "sour," but it's funky and tart while still having a nice hoppy bite.

Cape May Brewing in Jersey just came out with a "sour" IPA called Corrosion Sour IPA. I had a small sample from a bar last week, and I wasn't expecting to like it but it kinda worked. I wasn't sure if I could handle an entire glass so I just stuck with the sample.

Came here to say this. Anyone who things sour IPAs sound gross - grab a bottle of this and stand at post.

Another really good sour IPA is Capricious from Wicked Weed. It is aged on mangoes and is delicious.

yeah that's a nuance I had forgotten. Interesting though, that the hop bitterness and flavor is undesirable in most sour beers.

Does this count? Taken from the link I posted.

"IPA has become one of our favorite styles and we all love hops. As we worked on our recipes over the years we have made some good ones although we knew we wanted something different. A beer with a hop profile that could be single hopped and handle the impacts of barrel aging. We tossed our old recipes out the window after working with an Heirloom variety of hop that was resurrected by our local hop grower in Lake County. The grain bill has some crystal malt although is mainly single malt Copeland variety. We bumped the bitterness up and hit the wort hard (w/ hops) at cooling/knockout. After primary the beer was aged in 3rd use Cabernet Barrels for 1 to 2 months. Most people are surprised by the idea of a barrel aged IPA...Our thought is ‘why not, it works!"

Dry hopped sour would be the closest. It's harder to get beers to sour and to sour in a good way when fresh hops are present in the brewing/aging.

Hmm, I wonder if only one version was then. I had 1.2 and didn't think it seemed like it was. Either way, it was pretty damn good.

Modern Times has a done a few, Neverwhere, Southern Islands and Roraima. I've had the homebrew versions of few of these (thanks Old Sock) and they were delicious.

Yea as mentioned before dry hopping in this style isn't to add a bitterness, but a floral or citrusy aroma. But the name kinda says it all "HopTart"

Siren / Mikkeller / Hill Farmstead Limoncello IPA is the closest thing I've had. Nice hop profile but if you take too big of a swig, it would definitely make you pucker up.

These two may not be sour IPAs exactly in the way you mean, but they are the two that come to mind for me and they are both very, very tasty.
