    Good morning. Some days regular coffee just won't do so you gotta step it up to get you're motor running. Some espresso paired with a big hairy Yeti foot in the ass should get me going. Have a great day. Cheers.

    A lazy, non-working weekend. Son is home from college. I'm drinking this beautiful imperial stout from Grimm and eating some corn tortillas with cheese, salsa, and guacamole. Great way to start the day!

    [​IMG] So anyone who hasn't used a wine stopper to save half a big beer for another day, it works and I do it often. Yes I could have finished this 5 year old beauty the other night, but it is nice to stretch the experience out another day.

    To me, the lack of noticeable hops in either aroma or taste puts this squarely in the English Barleywine category.
    Whatever, it's still damn good!

    I'm not sure to be honest. This is the only beer I've had from the brewery which I obtained via trade. From what I can tell they've been bottling this for their anniversary for several years.
