There's only 8 cities larger than NH, and only two states with multiples. Unfortunately NC is not one of the two.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Flying Mouflan is now available! Singles, 4-packs and cases of 375mL cork & caged bottles are now available through our General Store and single bottles are available for on-premise consumption in the Tasting Room. This is an extremely limited, brewery-only release. Cheers!

    @JNForsyth, @ninjembro, @PA-Michigander

    A little Pricey though

Mondays, of course, are the worst day for me to be able to get to Troegs. My wife may be able to swing over after work tonight and I talked to someone that needed help splitting up a case. Hopefully it's damn good for $48/4 pack.

I'm going to get some soon. It is pricey, but whatever. Not going to get as much as originally planned.

If ANYONE in this thread wants some and can commit to paying asap face value (paypal or whatever) shoot me a BM in the next hour or so. It's $12 a bottle, case limit. I'm going to be getting 4-8 for myself, haven't decided yet. This is of course assuming there is some left by the time I get there (gotta shower, and it's about a 45 min drive for me)

EDIT worth noting I guess either IP pickup from me at some point in the future or you provide shipping label... can't break the bank on this one but also want to help fellow Locals out if they want to try this

It shouldn't be like the Para release as they didn't announce the release until this morning, plus the rumored price will drive some people away.

You got it. At this rate I think I'm just getting a case as that'll put me only a few bottles over what's already been asked and what I want lol

I'll take a couple of them off your hands when the weather clears up if you have any leftover.

Paypal and send a label, blind box, whatever works for you.

    Thanks in advance!

I feel like my "cellar" is too big, but I run into some issues:

    1. no local spot that gets craft beer on tap or if there is, not a great fast rotating variety. Like tenfidy will pop up on tap and sit there for months.

    2. If I see something on the shelf, with the limited stores in my area, if I buy one and like it, or buy one and find out I would want to age it, I might never see the bottle again. I run into issues where if I buy 2 of something and find I don't care for it as much, Im stuck with an extra bottle.

    3. The past year and a half we have had less parities and BBQs than the past few years, so some beers I have stocked up aren't being consumed at mass.

    4. Lack of ability to attend bottle shares and tail gates with my other more northern beer geeks.

    5. When we do have a party, people will still bring a six pack each, when they are instructed, to not bring beer, we have plenty.

While I am unsure of my exact number of bottles, I started a spread sheet one day for @LehighAce06 and after a couple hours of work, it didn't save properly, I gave up. I have a mixture of deep freeze bottle, (stuff I am purposely holding on too for years), save for bottle shares, (bottles I feel are too valuable to drink alone) The unknowns, (stuff that might be too weird to drink alone), and the drink now rotation (beers that I know I enjoy and try to keep in stock founders FIS, Breakfast, Backwoods Bastards, weyerbacher quads).

I try to now keep anything with a low ABV for storage, those I drink as fast as possible.

@JasonR1975 I'm definitely in no situation for a box/blind trade at this point so paypal and label is all I'm doing at the moment aside from the obvious in person option

This is definitely the problem I've run into. Of the 20 bottles we opened Saturday 2 of them had definitely lost that special quality that made me want to buy them in the first place. I'm actively working to only maintain a few verticals of things I know won't be hurt by aging and try to drink up the random things.
