    Boxer Lager?

That is the second cheapest brew I've ever seen, behind $7 30 bricks of Red Dog.

I was recently in a pub that had pitchers of PBR for $5. I ordered three.

I don't know about THE cheapest. But as a homebrewer, to buy new bottles costs about a dollar a bottle. Kirin is the cheapest with a bottle I can "re-cap." (I cannot use twist off bottles or cans for my homebrew). So, I pretty much break even, and get 72 ounces of beer for "free" and I just have to clean the bottles. I'd have to clean them anyway because infections.

    It's usually around $12 to $13 for a 36 pack around here.

That's what I thought about $15 36 packs of PBR. Around here, PBR is $15, but for a measly 30 pack.

Lone Star is pretty dang cheap in Texas, but I still think PBR beats them by a few cents per can.

Milwaukee's Best: $1 for a tall boy (24oz), is maybe the cheapest beer price I've seen in MI. Generally, in MI (and I assume in some other states) there are liquor/beer state minimum prices. With beer, it does not usually get cheaper than 50 cents per 12oz.

Near my parents house in Illinois they have a store that sells 12ers of Colt 45 for $7. At least that was the price last time I was there.

I don't pay attention to cheap prices here. I don't buy based on cheap.
