Yelling at a store employee over a beer? That's some downright pathetic behavior right there.

And while it sucks being on the outside at a store and not having access to a limited release, these kind of stories make me wish that all places held back the limited stuff and sold it to their regulars or controlled the sales a little more. Keep the whalez out of that clown's hands and in the hands of the normal folks who enjoy finding and enjoying a good beer without being a complete chode.

I'm also beginning to think that social media is more of a burden to stores than a boost in that it attracts the horders.

 

So many feels.

 

Here we go bringing logic and common sense into all of this...how is everyone supposed to blow this out of proportion if we think this way!!!

You all can hold down the fort because I am stepping away from this circus. Tired of burning up favors for "Low Yield, Limited release goods. To many mouths sucking on the PW teat. Nice to know that enough gets spread around though that multiple bottles can be found for trade on the forums.

 

The idea of a bottle shop / taproom feels like a vague rumor any more. Same with "Sloppy Seconds." It seems like years ago these things were right around the corner

They signed the lease on the bottle shop. new production brewery consuming time and resources.

 

i they're required to use "dojo" in the name, so Kingston's Dojo would work.

 

Orland park binnys just got BA abduction and jonesdog....sold out in 21 mins! Lol

Very excited that I was able to snag a BA Jonesdog. I didn't see Abduction, but that's a-ok.

 

Everytime i go in there i always see a woman buying limited beers for her son. I cant even hate. I want a mom mule.

 

I had my in-laws grab me beer once from OP binnys. It felt dirty.

 

I'd be too afraid my mom would drink it.
