    $32 for the 64oz.

No regrets. Picked up two more today. Obsessed with this beer.

OK so I guess I'm making a trip down south this weekend. Violating my "I don't go east of Colorado or south of Alameda" rule

Great rule! Would suck if you made it over to Bull & Bush, Copper Kettle, Dry Dock...you really dodged some bullets there.

Nothing wrong with making the occasional trek to Kansas for beers

I know there's a lot of good beer down that way, but life is just too short to drive to Kansas

this was on tap at Falling Rock on Wednesday - great intro before the Younger. i would say it held up quite admirably to the Birthday boy. if you can find it, definitely get a glass

This beer is so good. Also had it at Falling Rock yesterday. They accidentally gave me a full pint of it which was awesome. I got to compare it to my gf's pint of Pliny the Elder and I preferred the Hops Chops. It was similar but less bitter and more tropical. Well done, Comrade.

I had a side-by-side tasting of Hop Chops with Pliny the Younger and Pliny the Elder at Falling Rock on Sunday. I preferred Hop Chops over Pliny the Elder and thought it was very close to Pliny the Younger. I thought PtY was slightly more balanced and smoother at a higher ABV, but that Hop Chops had a brighter, fresher hop character than PtY. Overall, it was a fantastic day of IPA drinking.

Does anyone know if Hop Chops is still flowing? Any insight regarding the cost of a 32 oz howler?

It was as of Friday evening... don't remember seeing anything on the board either about it being low or anything...

As for a howler, @dauss or someone else can give specifics but a full 64oz growler pour is $32, so I'd imagine roughly $16 would be right...

    4+ barrels left.

Like with most things you buy, the unit cost decreases as volume increases.

I braved Saturday's storm and drove down to North Pueblo. Hop Chops is excellent, worth the trip. Ran into Mebuzzard and ssteigerwald
